Entrepreneur mentoring offers women farmers the opportunity to boost their chances of success with guidance from a mentor with experience in business.
The farm owner is matched with a mentor with experience in business for a minimum period of six months, with a commitment of one meeting (one hour in length) per month. Outside the operating framework of the first meeting, defined by AgriMentor, the business owner and her mentor are free to set their own times, dates and places (by phone, video call or in person) as well as the structure of their meetings.
Who is it for?
This free service is open to all women entrepreneurs in agriculture who have an established residence or business activities in Canada, regardless of the specific segment within agriculture, annual turnover, type of business or stage of growth.
