Creativity and innovation
For an agriculture cluster to flourish, it takes creative synergies and personal relationships forged among stakeholders. As this builds critical mass, it becomes a magnet for businesses and talent, making it even more attractive and effective.
The Fédération des agricultrices du Québec was founded in 1987 to create a sustainable ecosystem for women in agriculture by building networks on the ground, such as the Canada Women Entrepreneurs agriculture cluster.
This cluster is intended to serve as a permanent hub for knowledge, growth, leadership and recognition for women who own agricultural businesses in Canada, by deploying the Dimension E program at the national level. This is a flexible tool designed to accelerate the growth of women-led agriculture businesses in Canada.
Our business model
The Canada Women Entrepreneurs agriculture cluster is a strategic platform for women entrepreneurs in the agriculture sector, to address their present and future needs and ensure their growth. It focuses on solutions to challenges such as farm succession for women, sustainability, the climate transition, innovation and training.

- Support the deployment of personalized services for entrepreneurs in the agriculture and forestry sectors throughout Canada, thanks to the Dimension E program.
- Address financial, accessibility and training challenges for women entrepreneurs.
- Serve as a beacon of diversity in the broadest sense in the agriculture ecosystem in Quebec and Canada.
