Professional co-development is a peer learning process that leverages collective intelligence to address real-world issues facing group participants.
- Co-development takes place in groups called “cohorts” that meet between four to six times, depending on group size.
- Each group comprises six to ten people, as well as a host or facilitator to keep track of time and ensure participation and an atmosphere of mutual respect.
- At each meeting, two group participants present their project or real-world challenge.
- All of the meetings cost just $250 for members of the Agricultrices du Québec, and $450 for non-members.
- The professional co-development program is valued at $1,200!
- The co-development cells are offered virtually, in French or English, for all women farmers in Canada
